Was told I would need new tires before next oil change which is not the case. Currently have less than 43k miles on my tires with plenty of tread left.

My service advisor greeted me when I arrived at the dealership by name. I had set an appointment, and the advisor knew exactly what I needed and checked me in quickly. He had previously given me an estimate about the time involved to complete the service and it was completed within the time frame I was given.
