    Took a vehicle still under warrentey, came out with a service estimate of $900 for potential issues related to the warentey claim but no clear action. A vehicle with less than 36,000 miles on it should only require oil change, oil filter change and possible tires. My last purchase of a GM vehicle in 1996 was due to the same business model as Im seeing with my 2021 GMC. I regret not buying Toyota after 20 years of quality service and performance.

    Thank you for taking the time to send in your candid review. We are disappointed to read that you are not happy with the GM product or our dealership. Unfortunately the issue that we found was not a covered item under the GM warranty. We did not find any failed parts on the vehicle that would have been covered under the GM limited warranty.     My wife and I have had our car regularly serviced at our dealership in Pennsylvania. we moved to Daphne in 2020 during the pandemic. We purchased a new Honda from Tameron Honda and have been very satisfied with both the purchase and service from the Honda dealership. When service was due, we thought we would have the same experience at the Tameron GMC-Buick service center but, no. I made my appointment online and chose the service that was due, When I arrived at the service center I made the service advisor aware that I made an appointment online and filled out all the necessary information online. I later received a call from the service center asking for the information. Later I was contacted with a laundry list of things that needed to be done. (Please note that we have been driving this car on a regular basis with no problems). I explained that we would want to do the service at the end of the month because we were in the middle of purchasing a new home. I drove the car home and to work the next day, then it died... I don't know what was done to my vehicle when it was there but, this sucks... I know I needed to do the service but no one told me my car was going to die! I needed 4 tires, a timing cover gasket replaced and a transmission line that would need to be replaced. No one advised me that my car may break down.

    Service was quick and the person helping me with the service was very professional.
