Always going beyond the standard and checking everything

I always appreciate the service and friendliness of Tameron's service department. My only issue is I brought my 2022 Yukon in for a national recall. The engine passed the testing but had to be changed to a different type of oil going forward. I was informed that now my oil changes will be around $180-$200 each visit instead of $69. Given this was a manufacturer defect recall hardly seems right that GMC will not cover this added expense going forward. Would make me think twice before buying another GMC.

The first "review" of the problems with my new 2024 Canyon was a joke. Upon return to the dealer and a drive trip with the service manager, the issues started to be resolved. Some are still pending but it looks like issues will be resolved.

Scheduling the appointment was seamless. Dropped off vehicle, Tommy was very polite and listened to my concerns. He addressed each concern and was able to explain what was done and completed. All with NO issues!

My 2025 GMC Sierra 1500 was serviced well and on time.

22000 mile service I as not told they were going to replace the windshield wipers nor did I approve the 50.00 charge The service writer at the beginning when thru all the additional items and I approve the gas and oil treatment additives I am more than capable to change wiper blades and for a lot less than 50.00
