Took my vehicle in for warranty service and they did not put the switch back in properly. I took it back up and they made it a priority and got it fixed quickly. Anyone can make a mistake but I appreciate them owning it and making it right.

Dropped off my 2025 yukon because both front floor boards were soaking wet. The service advisor was super nice and kept me up to date with the progress. I was advised that the issue was the sunroof drains. It was hard to believe it was the drains since it hadn’t rained in probably 2 months, but ok. I got my vehicle back, and I’m still having the problem. Now I’m going to have to bring the vehicle back.
