The Internet Sales Consultant will help to promote or create sales from live calls and Internet Leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer leads

Service Advisor

Position Overview:

The Service Advisor interacts with thousands of customers to build Customer loyalty. This is done by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Tameron Buick GMC as a care-giver for their vehicle safety and reliability. This role requires someone who is passionate about taking care of the Customer and can turn an unpleasant event into a positive experience! You must be able to juggle many Customers, priorities, communication and follow-up throughout the day, while turning Customers into "Raving Fans!"

Responsibilities:

  • Possess solid understanding of retail sales.
  • Scheduling service work in the service department and for selling additional needed service to customers
  • Schedule service appointments. Obtains customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible
  • Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner
  • Follows all company policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.

Service Technician

Position Overview:

The Service Technician performs vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards and builds Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Tameron Buick GMC as a care-giver for their vehicle safety and reliability. Who Would I Interact With? This position interacts daily with Customers, Service Advisors, other Technicians, Parts Associates, Cashiers, Sales Associates and Managers, just to name a few.

What Are the Day-to-Day Responsibilities?

  • Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty.
  • Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
  • Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and perform repair, if authorized by the Customer.
  • Conducting multi-point inspections to make appropriate recommendations to ensure safety and reliability of Customer vehicles.
  • Documenting work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
  • Maintaining an inventory of normal Technician's tools not normally inventoried by the Service department as "special tools."
  • Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
  • Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty

What Are the Requirements for this Job?

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years experience as an automotive technician
  • Automotive technical training (varies based on store needs)
  • Attention to detail
  • Organization and follow-up skills
  • Valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record

Service Business Development Rep

Position Overview:

The Business Development Representative primarily focuses on increasing the service traffic by receiving inbound service appointment calls and making outbound calls. This position is responsible for scheduling appointments based on technician availability, customer retention efforts, vehicle status, web appointment, customer satisfaction follow up, and supporting the service department on various levels.  Successful reps excel in being self-motivated team players with outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude, excellent work ethic, friendly, articulate, and possess time management skills.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • ·       Follow BDC scripts and guidelines on all calls.
  • ·       Ensure all calls are answered promptly and professionally.
  • ·       Consistently set appointments for appropriate times and personnel.
  • ·       Assist with vehicle recalls and special-order parts.
  • ·       Work well under pressure and independently.
  • ·       Develop proficiency will all features of the assigned software.
  • ·       Read and communicate service information related to the vehicles.
  • ·       Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information.
  • ·       Assist service advisors with various duties.
  • ·       Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • ·       High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • ·       2 years of customer service experience.
  • ·       Professional personal appearance required.
  • ·       Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • ·       Strong ability to multi-task.
